Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and ReviewsReply (“ReviewsReply,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for use of reviewsreply.com and related products (the “Service”). If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business, and “you” includes that business.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information and is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

ReviewsReply helps local businesses generate draft replies to Google reviews, save brand-voice settings, and — on paid plans — sync reviews and post replies to Google Business Profile. Features may differ by plan and may change as we improve the product.

We may offer a public preview (one anonymous draft per visitor per 24 hours), a free account allowance (five lifetime generations after sign-up, unless we state otherwise), and a paid Pro subscription with additional features such as unlimited drafts (subject to fair use), multiple brand voices, history, Google connection, inbox, and posting tools.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, for keeping your login confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use. One login is intended for your business; you may not resell access or share credentials in a way that circumvents plan limits.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle at the prices displayed at checkout, plus any applicable taxes. Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time through the customer billing portal linked from the Service. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period. You will retain paid features until that date. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable, and we do not provide credits for unused time.

We may change prices or plan features with notice before the change applies to a renewal. If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features until the payment is resolved.

Drafts are generated by automated systems and are suggestions only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, off-brand, or unsuitable. The Service does not provide legal, professional, medical, or compliance advice, and a draft is not a substitute for your judgment.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving every reply before it is copied or posted, including replies posted through the Service. You must not post content that is inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, or unlawful, or that discloses confidential information, health information, or other sensitive data about a reviewer or third party. You must not invent facts, warranties, refunds, diagnoses, or admissions of liability that are not true.

Output may be similar to drafts generated for others. We do not guarantee uniqueness, search ranking, or any business result from using the Service.

If you connect Google Business Profile, you authorize ReviewsReply to access the accounts and locations you select, read reviews, and post replies (a) that you expressly approve, and (b) that you have configured for automatic posting, which is limited to eligible 4- and 5-star reviews. Reviews rated 1, 2, or 3 stars always require your approval and are never auto-posted.

You represent that you have authority to connect those Google accounts and to publish replies on the associated listings. You remain the publisher of all content posted to Google under your account. Google’s terms, policies, and location guidelines apply to your listings and may change independently of ReviewsReply. We are not responsible for Google outages, API limits, policy enforcement, or listing changes.

You may disconnect Google at any time in the product. We may suspend posting if we reasonably believe a reply or connection violates these Terms, Google’s rules, or the law.

You retain ownership of the review text, brand-voice notes, business information, and other content you submit (“Your Content”), and of the replies you ultimately post. You grant ReviewsReply a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service, including generating drafts.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit Your Content and to authorize us to process it as described, and that Your Content does not infringe others’ rights.

You will not:

• use the Service for spam, fake reviews, review gating that violates platform rules, or impersonation;
• attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service, or bypass usage limits;
• use the Service to generate unlawful, harassing, or deceptive content;
• submit personal data of others that you are not permitted to process; or
• access another person’s account without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse of the free preview or free allowance, or activity that threatens the Service or other users.

The Service, including its software, design, prompts, presets, and trademarks, is owned by ReviewsReply or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service except as needed to use it as offered. Feedback you send us may be used without obligation to you.

The Service depends on third parties, including authentication, hosting, payment processing, artificial intelligence providers, and Google. Their terms and availability are outside our control. When you complete payment, you may also be subject to the payment processor’s terms. We are not liable for third-party acts, omissions, or downtime.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT DRAFTS WILL BE ACCURATE, APPROPRIATE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVIEWSREPLY AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO REVIEWSREPLY IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50) IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY AMOUNTS. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ReviewsReply from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of Your Content, replies posted to Google or elsewhere through your account, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion by emailing info@reviewsreply.com. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the product. Sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes will be posted on this page. If you continue to use the Service after the effective date, you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and cancel any subscription.

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and ReviewsReply concerning the Service and supersede prior agreements on that subject. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which the operator of ReviewsReply is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Except where prohibited, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that State, and you consent to that venue. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence still apply where they cannot be waived.
