Cookie Policy

This notice explains the cookies and similar technologies ReviewsReply uses, and why we use them.

Last updated: October 13, 2026. Notice version 3.

1. Who we are

ReviewsReply (“ReviewsReply,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates reviewsreply.com. For questions about this notice, email info@reviewsreply.com. ReviewsReply is not established in the European Union or the United Kingdom and has not appointed a representative there. You can still use the email above for a request.

Our Privacy Policy describes the rest of how we handle personal information. This page covers cookies, local storage, and session storage.

2. What these technologies are

A cookie is a small text file a site stores on your device. Local storage and session storage are similar: they keep information in your browser. Session storage lasts until the tab session ends. Local storage lasts until it is deleted. Some cookies are set by us. Others are set by a provider we use, either on our site or on that provider’s site.

3. Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are required to run the site. They keep you signed in, protect the session, and remember the cookie choice you make here. They do not require a separate opt-in. Clerk sets __session when you sign in, sign up, or use the signed-in app. Clerk also sets __client_uat on visits across the site, including marketing pages, so the site can tell whether you are signed in. Marketing pages do not load the sign-in form.

Clerk may also set a long-lived __client cookie on its own authentication domain to renew your session, and, in local development only, __clerk_db_jwt. Those are strictly necessary. Clerk describes its cookies at clerk.com/docs/guides/how-clerk-works/cookies. A session lasts up to 7 days by default.

These items are stored on your device for a feature you used. They are not sent to an advertising network.

5. Analytics

We do not set an analytics cookie. The Analytics category in cookie settings is off and cannot be turned on. Product analytics described in the Privacy Policy is sent from our servers when you use the product. It does not place a cookie in your browser. If we later add an analytics cookie, we will publish a new version of this notice and ask you again.

6. Cookies other sites set

When you pay, checkout happens on Stripe’s site. Stripe may set cookies on stripe.com and checkout.stripe.com. We do not embed Stripe’s payment form on our pages. Stripe’s cookie notice is at stripe.com/legal/cookies-policy.

7. Your choices

When you first visit, a notice explains that we use essential cookies. Choosing OK stores that you saw this notice. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, so there is no optional category to turn on.

We store that choice in the rr_cookie_consent cookie for 180 days. After that, or if we publish a new version of this notice, we show it again. You can reopen settings at any time from the footer, the app menu, or the Cookies control on the sign-in and sign-up pages. .

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking essential cookies can stop sign-in and other core features. Browser help pages explain how: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.

8. California

We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use advertising cookies.

9. Changes

We update the “Last updated” date and the notice version when this page changes. A new version clears the previous choice and shows the notice again, so a choice you made under an older version is not reused for a new purpose.
